Please make a reservation only if you agree to all of the following items, which may result in complaints from neighbors.

- Smoking is prohibited in the room and around the building (other than smoking areas)
- Prohibition of nuisance to neighboring residents
- No noise (please be quiet after 9pm)

If any of the above violations are confirmed, we will charge a fine of 50,000 yen.
(If there is no improvement in noise behavior after being alerted, we will notify the police and you will need to move out early. Otherwise, you will be subject to a fine.)
